The owner of the online store Llama.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Llama Holding OÜ
(registration code 12750723), located at Lehola tn 5, Nõmme District, Tallinn, Harju County 11620.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. The price includes VAT but does not include delivery costs, which are added at checkout. All prices are in euros (€).
The delivery cost depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided directly alongside the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required information fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method selected.
The total cost is then displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
Bank payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26.
Note: When paying via bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside of the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank for bank link payments and in Montonio’s secure environment for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details.
The contract becomes effective once the total amount due is received in the Online Store’s account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a full refund (including delivery charges) will be issued without delay, but no later than 14 days after notification.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the following country: Estonia.
The buyer can choose from the following delivery methods: DPD parcel locker, Omniva parcel locker, Itella parcel locker, or in-person pickup.
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed next to the delivery option.
Domestic deliveries in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
For international deliveries (outside Estonia), the delivery period is up to 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product – similarly as allowed in a physical store.
If the product has been used for purposes other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the reduction in the value of the product.
To return the product, a withdrawal declaration must be submitted, the form for which can be found here: [insert link to withdrawal form], and it must be sent to info@llamalifestyle.shop no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store refunds the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until the item being returned has been received or the buyer has provided proof of having sent back the item – whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the portion of the delivery cost that exceeds the standard delivery.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from a sales transaction and demand the return of the product from the buyer if the product price in the Online Store has been mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
Within the first one year, the burden of proof lies with the Online Store to show the defect did not exist at the time of delivery.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defect no later than two months after discovering it by sending an email to info@llamalifestyle.shop or calling (+372) 56985088.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all costs associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and delivering the goods.
The Online Store forwards personal data to logistics partners only for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has explicitly requested this by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive such notifications.
The buyer may at any time opt out of marketing emails by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be submitted via email to info@llamalifestyle.shop or by calling (+372) 56985088.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint [insert link]. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between buyers and the Online Store.
The review of the complaint by the committee is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer may also contact the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
